Industrial + Manufacturing Engineering

Are you process-oriented and on a perpetual quest to make things better and more efficient? At Kettering, we prepare you for interesting work across all stages of production and processing. Unlike other engineering disciplines that apply skills to specific areas, industrial engineering is an interdisciplinary field that combines physical and social sciences with engineering principles to improve processes and systems. Simply put, industrial engineers make things better. Industrial engineers are natural problem-solvers. What will you solve with your degree?

The Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering is located on the 1st floor of the Academic Building in room 1-700 AB.
