SCM 611: Collaboration in Supply Chain Management — Students in this course examine traditional approaches to supply chain management with an emphasis on building and maintaining the relationships necessary for supply chain success. Other areas of focus include creating efficiencies to enhance collaboration and decision-making, the technology structures necessary for information sharing, and the complex issues of global sourcing, logistics, and sustainability. Students also evaluate qualities of effective leaders and analyze their own leadership style and abilities.
