FINC 619: Financial Management — This course provides students with an understanding of fundamental concpets of financial analysis, valuation, and management. 

Financial analytical techniques will be taught under the contest that they are a means to understand business issues and make intelligent managerial decisions. The need for financial managers to provide ethical leadership for the firm is stressed throughout the course.
