Lean Production Systems

This course begins with an overview of the theory and application of Lean thinking and practice. Systems thinking and business dynamics are presented along with contemporary Lean thinking principles, Lean enterprise development, and value stream mapping. Specific emphasis is devoted to modern enterprise improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Business Process Reengineering.
