Operations Management

This course provides students with exposure to the core concepts and tools of operations management in both manufacturing and service enterprises. Course content includes an overview of the fundamental importance of coordinated operational activities as students examine how to integrate effective operations across all functional areas of the organization. Emphasis is placed on the importance of adding value, and customer satisfaction, to the long-term viability of both for-profit and not-for-profit firms.
