MGMT 679: Leadership — 

Students engage in a comprehensive examination of different leadership theories with emphasis on relevant empirical evidence and application of the theories to case studies that involve leadership and group functioning. Students examine their own potential for leadership, identify their key strengths and limitations, and consider how to advance their leadership development. The importance of ethical conduct and persuasion in effective leadership are covered.
