This course is designed to introduce the principles, methodologies, and applications of Lean Thinking and Six Sigma within organizational contexts. It explores the origins of Lean by studying its evolution from manufacturing to diverse sectors such as healthcare, information technology, and services. Learners will deepen their knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste, drive efficiency, ensure quality, initiate continuous improvement, and spark innovation in various organizational settings.
