Education Source

If you would like to create a persistent link to share with colleagues and students, or place in a syllabus, follow these steps. After you find the resource you want to share, click the three dots to the right of the title. Then choose "Share" from the drop-down.

A new box will open. Click "Create link" to generate a shareable URL. You can then copy and paste that URL.

Using Education Source

Education Source is the world's largest full-text research database designed for education students, professionals, and policymakers. It includes:

  • 1,200 full-text journals and magazines
  • 1,068 full-text peer-reviewed journals
  • Conference papers
  • Domestic and international journals
  • 415 videos from SimpleK12 to provide practical online teacher training that addresses the evolving landscape of education

To get started searching, you can enter any combination of keywords, title, author, or subject in the search box on the database's homepage.

On your results page, you will find a row of filters that can help narrow your results. These include: source type, peer-review, full text, publication date, and more.

To start reading the resource you are interested in, click "Access options" or "Full Text PDF" buttons beneath the title. This will open the document.

The file will open and allow you to read in the browser, or you can use the icons at the top right of the page to download, print, or share the article.
