Legal Source

To create a shareable URL, click the 3 dots to the right of the resource's title. Then click "Share."

A new box will open. Click "Create Link" and a URL will generate below. This can be shared in course shells, syllabi, and emails to students or other KU affiliates.

Using Legal Source

Subjects Include:

Administrative law, Antitrust law, Banking, Business law, Constitutional law, Criminal law, Domestic relations, Estate planning, Family law, Food, drug and cosmetic law, Insurance law, Intellectual property law, Internet and information science law, Landlord/tenant law, Legal librarianship, Multinational corporations, Non-profit corporations, Patent and trademark, ProbateSecurities, Sports and entertainment law, Tax law, Trade regulation.


Searching the Database:

Use the search box on the database's homepage to enter any combination of title, author, subject, or keyword to begin your research.

There will be filters across the top of the results page to help you narrow your results, including Full Text, Peer Reviewed, publication date ("All Time"), and Source Type such as academic journal, books, conference papers, etc.

Once you find a resource you want to access, click the button beneath the title information to open the file. 

A new page will open where you can read the resource in your browser or use icons at the top right of the page to print or download the file.
