The A-Z Business Database contains detailed information about 65 million businesses and executives. It lists informational data on 2 million new businesses and closed businesses. Additionally, it has mailing lists and sales leads for 240 million American residents, 7.5 million healthcare providers, and 350,000 new homeowners, and it even includes a job search database. The vast data compiled within this resource is based on SEC filings, state records, public record data, property deeds, annual reports, and many more. The database also has training videos and free live virtual training available for users.

To do a basic business search, you can enter the business name you're seeking. Beneath the search box, it allows you to choose an option of "contains," "exact," and "fuzzy." It also asks if you want to add a city and/or state to narrow the search. For this search, I typed 501 for the business name, added the city of Flint, and the state of Michigan.
