The ASM Digital Library has many resources on offer, including technical ebooks, handbooks, the Failure Analysis Database, Alloy Digest, conference proceedings, and much more. Each selection can be found on the Digital Library's homepage if you scroll down to the icons shown below.
You can also click any of these direct links to the specific ASM digital collections.
Each collection contained within the library's subscription is easily searched. For example, if we search "Mianus Bridge" in the Failure Analysis Database, our results include both text files of the case study and images of the collapse, which are listed on the left side of the results.
When you click on a resource you're interested in, it will open up and can be read in your browser or you download the PDF of the material. The PDF download option is at the top of the page. Additionally, the "tools" dropdown tab will open the citation tool, which can then be copied and pasted into your document. Scrolling down on the left side gives you the resource's publication information.
The interface on all parts of the various collections is very similar and easy to navigate, but if you get stuck, contact the library for further assistance!
